Semi sweet bold Blackberry. Perfect pairings are blue cheese and nuts, cheesecake, grilled eggplant, or pineapple. Named for the original owner of Briarpatch Winery, the creator of Ol' Man Blackberry, the master winemaker, (Pa) Jim Lamb.

Fresh, sweet, and bitter Seville Orange. A great brunch option. This balanced sangria complements a wide variety of foods spanning from grilled or baked fresh white fish with a butter crumb topping to steak.

Named for Zach Lamb's Alma Mater Oklahoma State University's Pistol Pete.

Our sweeter blackberry, this garnet-colored wine pairs well with desserts and appetizers. Named for the outlaw Belle Star who, after marrying Sam Starr, a Native Cherokee Indian, entered into a life of rustling, horse stealing and bootlegging whiskey to Indians.

Lake Eufaula is the largest capacity lake in OK with a volume of 2,099,000 acre-feet, a surface area of 102,000 acres and 600 miles of shoreline.

DRY GULCH

Our driest wine. This is an easy drinker with a hint of pepperoncini pepper. Made the first time by a happy little accident and now a customer favorite.

Reminiscent of a freshly cut crisp green apple. Named after Evergreen Marina just down the road. Mix with cinnamon and apple cider and heat for a great winter Mulled wine we like to call Apple Pie!

Made with 95 pounds of jalapeno and habanero peppers and blended with Peach to produce different levels of Heat. For every 5 gallons of peach wine 1 quart of pepper wine is added.
